Returns

 

You must prior to returning any goods received, contact us by email: jon@jonrobertsphotography.com or phone: 07761014768. 

 

 For any undamaged product, simply return it with its packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

 

Until such time as you return the goods to us you must take reasonable care of the item(s). Any use of or damage to the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods upon delivery may result in you incurring a restocking charge to cover the loss that we might reasonably expect to incur in reselling the item(s). We may refuse the return of items where it has been returned in poor condition.

Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the delivery charge. In such circumstances we will also pay for your costs of returning the goods (up to £10 in the UK).

 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

When returning items you should provide proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
